• Truck Spotter yard Jockey in Lancaster Ohio - $18 PER HOUR PLUS OVERTIME

  The Spotter is responsible for moving trucks, empty and full trailers from the yard to the dock or the dock to the yard and may include local pick-up from vendors or shuttling between the facilities.
  

  Position Shift and Schedule

  This is a full-time permanent position working 2nd shift Monday through Friday 2 pm to 10 pm and MANDATORY: every 3rd Saturday 8 to 2. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.
  

  REQUIREMENTS: YOU MUST HAVE A CDL CLASS A LICENSE AND HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS VERIFIABLE CMV DRIVING EXPERIENCE.
  Position Compensation

  The starting rate of pay for this position is $18 per hour.
  

  Position Responsibilities

  • Shuttle loaded or Empty trailers to the facility and return back.
  • Have empties in the appropriate docks to be loaded.
  • Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked.
  • Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties as to not slow down the loading process.
  • Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.
  • Report daily to Management
