Will be analyzing, testing and recording all results regarding tests done on coloring and pigments used in the plastic extrusion industry.
Requirements:
-Knowledge of pigments and colorants and their use in the plastics industry.
-Knowledge of extrusion or plastic mixing equipment.
-Color matching experience is very helpful.:
-Detail oriented and want to learn.
-Good with math and writing abilities.
-Strong sense of initiative; a self-starter.
-Experience with college chemistry is a plus
-twin screw extruder, two roll mill, brabender, injection molder, color spectrophotometer, melt indexer, henschel, QUV & Xenon UV tester.
-Various weighing scales, plastics granulators & plastics pulverizers.
