Esta unidade de negócio existe desde 1997, ano em que a Select iniciou a sua atividade em Portugal, dada a importância estratégica destes serviços no mercado de trabalho.
Posteriormente à fusão da Select e da Vedior em 1999, surge a marca Search & Select em 2000, com um acréscimo de serviços que reforçaram assim, a capacidade de intervenção do Grupo Select Vedior. Our client is a prestigious multinational company that aims to expand its workforce by recruiting an "Account Manager (m/f)“. This position will have as key responsibilities:
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets;
Responsible for sales training and performance development of team members;
Drive recruitment of new team members;
Develop and maintain analytical approaches to managing sales performance through clear KPI’s;
Forecast and report of KPI's;
Work with the sales support executive to improve the CRM database;
Initiate and coordinate database-driven sales campaigns.
University Degree in Marketing, Management or similar;
Minimum 2 years team leadership experience within a telephone sales environment, and strong sales skills;
Able to use CRM tools;
Strong communication skills;
Enjoy working in a targeted sales environment;
Ability to coach and motivate a team;
Responsibility, dynamism and autonomy;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
