Your experience & skills:
- Bachelors/College Degree in any relevant field
- Work experience in contact center
- work experience in team management, ability to motivate and coach team members
- Airline industry experience is a plus
- Very good PC skills - proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
- Very good analytical skills, productivity / service reports
- Native language skills in Dutch (verbal, written) + solid English (verbal, written)
- Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
