Customer Care Advisor – English Speaker (m/f)


Our Customer Support Advisors will be an asset to their new exciting team, working for this big client that is a global leader in the IT field.



Your main tasks:

- Troubleshoot issues related with technical equipment; 
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



 

Our Profile of Preference:


- Native/High level of English (compulsory);
- Experience in contact centre is a plus; 
- Client oriented and good communication skills;
- Joy to work in a team;
- Flexibility and stress resilience.
