Service Desk Agent - Spanish Speaker (m/f)


Mission: In this job you will be supporting the online registration process for an ecommerce platform of companies across Europe.


Your Tasks:

- User support via phone, mail & live chat;

- Guarantee the correct and timely onboarding of companies on the platform;

- Work with specialized customer service tools;

- Resolve problems concerning the orders placed through the e-commerce platform (transportation, logistics systems, customer issues, etc);

- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer on all contracts reviewed.


Your Profile:

- Native Spanish speaker;

- Good English knowledge;

- Excellent communication skills;

- IT affine (SAP, Zendesk, Outlook);

- Profound experience with Microsoft Office;

- Teamplayer and able to work independently;

- Problem Solving — Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
