Detalhe da Função

Randstad Professionals is specialized in Recruitment and Selection of Middle & Top Management and we intend to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrative. 

The Accounts Payable Administrative will be responsible to assure all the administrative operation required in accounts payable process and provide the needed support to the area team members

Responsibilities:

- Record of supplier invoices (services/raw materials) and vendor accounts reconciliation;
- Creating travelling expenses documents;
- Logistical support in the mail area;
- Archive of related documents to the accounting activity;
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the business needs.

Requirements:

- Degree or professional course in Accounting or similar;
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in accounting offices;
- Knowledge of SAP (preferably);
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office), including Excel;
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Good organizational and priority management skills;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Proactive and energetic.
