Hope you are well. I am looking to fill HR Manager/Advisor role with one of our Client. Please go through the description and let me know if you are interested.

Role: HR Manager/Advisor

Day Rate: £220 per day

Location: Meadowbank House, Edinburgh

Duration: 3 months With possibility of Extension

Essential criteria

  • Working with a high level of autonomy with experience of developing and implementing a digital strategy to deliver HR digital services
  • Experience of working with stakeholders to deliver streamlined, digital processes that deliver maximum benefit across the business
  • Experience of presenting people analytics, identifying trends and patterns, and providing advice to inform decision making
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and to ensure the HR Digital activities are aligned to business priorities
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines and ensure quality delivery while managing challenges in an appropriate manner

Main duties/tasks

  • Responsibility for the ownership and improvement of HR systems including but not limited to, CornerstoneOnDemand, CIPHR, and Resourcelink
  • Enabling the continuous improvement of the processes and services delivered in HR, enabling the continual development of HROD systems that deliver the strategic digital outcomes and RoS Digital Strategy for 2020
  • Vendor management and procurement of HR systems, managing relationships with HR system suppliers to ensure contract SLAs are met
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop a programme of continual process reviews to identify efficiencies
  • Responsible for ensuring that HR Systems meet information governance regulations and that the processing of personal data is compliant with GDPR
  • Lead on the development of people metrics, analysing data gathered from disparate sources, identifying gaps and trends that influence recommendations appropriate to organisational needs
  • Drive continuous improvements through automation of existing processes, system upgrades, and knowledge transfer within HROD function
