Your job will be to provide quality support to the employees and help them in ethics and compliance reported issues. You’ll be responsible for providing support regarding different cases via telephone or web-form submission, in accordance with service level requirements.

We are recruiting for an internal, private client of Teleperformance Portugal.

Our Offer

• Work location: Lisbon;
• There are two available shifts: from 8 am to Midnight, in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off OR from Midnight to 9 am (fixed schedule), Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off.

Responsibility

• To take incoming reports from employees and third parties regarding incidents/violations related to compliance with legal and regulatory issues, and also ethics;
• To log calls details into case management systems, in English;
• To keep hierarchy informed of problems and progress;
• To participate in team projects that enhance the efficiency of employee support agent services.

Your Profile

• Native speaker level in Portuguese;
• C1 level written and verbal in English;
• Experience in call centre environment demonstrating professional phone skills (preferential);
• Stress-resistant;
• Ability to listen to difficult cases;
• Ability to interview the reporter to extract the pertinent details;
• Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment;
• Good multi-tasking and typing skills.
