We have an exciting opportunity for three enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join the Asset Management Team at Xerox in Lisbon. Excellent communication skills in English are required together with a good knowledge of the IT systems, Microsoft office software and Excel.



Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Support Asset Management Coordinators in all aspect of ASM (Asset Management Team) activities including:
  • Maintenance and management of device meter readings in XSM (Xerox Service Manager)
  • Management of assets, site & customer data in XSM / MACD
  • Generate monthly billable meter readings in XSM
  • Support Service Delivery teams with manual meter read collection
  • Provide daily / weekly/ monthly data quality reporting
  • Network administration of devices via XDA (IP Discoveries)
  • Engage in SLA & Volume reporting for specific XPS Accounts
  • Determine and/or maintain documentation of process’ on customers’ accounts
  • Work with Client Delivery teams to ensure success and maintenance of data
  • Other duties as required.


Education and Experience:



  • Ability to work with minimal supervision highly self-motivated

  • Fluency in English, written & oral.

  • Proven track record in the delivery of high quality customer service

  • High level of PC literacy & Microsoft office software with emphasis on Excel capabilities.

  • Strong Team Player

  • Ability to perform and make informed decisions under pressure

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.

  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team/independently

  • Fluency in 2nd European language.
  • SAP system(s) experience
  • Ability to generate reports suitable for Management presentation/audit
  • Basic technical skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement techniques
  • Proven experience of cross-functional working.
  • Ability to communicate on all levels of the business.
