Your responsibilities include: 

  • Registers and / or receives Service Desk issues and requests; 
  • Receives telephone contacts from users, registering the tickets in the Service Desk application; 
  • Resolving various requests and issues, according to Service Desk guidelines and priorities; 
  • Proceeds to install, control and monitor software and hardware on desktops; 
  • Implements requests for changes to user accounts in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems; 
  • Solves micro-computer problems remotely or at client and Claranet sites; 
  • Monitor the operation of the Customer's systems; 
  • Diagnostics of problems occurring in the network and in systems; 
  • Forward, whenever necessary, to more specialized teams the problems and requests of Service Desk; 
  • Develops the activity in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's quality, environment and information security performance. 

You must have: 

  • 12th grade or Bachelor's degree; 
  • Minimum professional experience of at least 2 years in similar job; 
  • Technical expertise in software and basic knowledge of hardware; 
  • Advanced technical knowledge in diagnosing and solving problems in: 
    • Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10) and MACs); 
    • Microsoft Office application environments (XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016); Email clients and protocols (POP, IMAP, Exchange, Office 365); 
    • Management of users and mailboxes; IM clients (Lync and Skype); 
    • Management of users and groups in Active Directory; 
    • Access and permissions management in File share Microsoft; 
    • Hardware and peripherals (Troubleshooting, software and hardware installation and ticket resolution); 
    • Network and Internet (Firewall, Proxy, AntiSpam, Access Points, Switching); 
  • Availability to work for 40 hours a week but with flexible hours according to the job requirements or the client where they are, and may have rotating shift schedules; 
  • Driving license (mandatory).
