Submarine Engineers - Graduate or Naval/Electrical/Mechanical - Permanent - North Somerset/
Bristol - SC, DV or willing to undergo

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the team, you will offer high-level submarine technical expertise and professionalism to clients and partners, as well as developing new business and contributing to our internal R&D work on future submarine design concepts. Ideal candidate will either have a degree in Engineering or Submarine End-User experience and an ability to contribute to design decisions and advise how it works in practice.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience of conventional & nuclear submarine design, operation and/or support.
• Understanding of complex submarine equipment/systems and integration.
• Requirements capture.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to develop relationships with external clients.
• HND/HNC and/or a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline ie Mechanical/Electrical/Marine or Naval Architecture.
• Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status with a recognised professional body or a desire to achieve this.
• Experience of MoD working practices and a number of years working in the Defence industry.

Desirable Skills:

• Project Management experience.
• Naval ship yard design and in service experience.
