Senior Operations Manager (m/f)



Mission: 
You will act as a resource for our stakeholders to understand requirements, business needs, and take a broad perspective to solve complex problems. Assist with refinement of the operational cadence around an ever-changing sales environment to drive increased efficiencies, alignment and agility for our teams. You will be responsible for driving initiatives focused on growth, sales effectiveness, and productivity. Analyse business trends and develop executive level insights, strategies and reports. 

The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex situations and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including balancing progress on long-term projects with the urgency of immediate operational demands.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics & sales targets;
  • To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations;
  • Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimising the skills of the existing team, in partnership with our internal recruitment teams to attract the very best external talent, in line with the agreed framework, succession planning will be in place to ensure key roles are filled and individual talent is recognised;
  • The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team;
  • Manage and develop the operational client relationships by conducting (where appropriate) operational client review meetings and day to day ops liaison within key work stream;
  • Managing Client Engagement;
  • Responsible for Business Continuity;
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders;
  • Setting and reviewing Quality Performance Standards;
  • Ability to translate business strategy into day to day delivery.

Profile:

  • Previous experience in leading and managing teams (managed service environment);
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Data Driven and good level of MS Excel for reporting;
  • Skilled at delivering Executive Level Business Presentations;
  • Fluent in English;
  • A second language is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level;
  • Experienced in managing large multi-site;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Strong commercial understanding and previous accountability for profit targets;
