The Quality & Training Manager role is a supporting function that helps ensuring that the accounts
achieve and exceed contractual goals and customer satisfaction.

- Manage the program teams to achieve Training and Quality productivity goals and
contractual requirements
- Manage the training calendars to meet business and clients needs
- Facilitate and/or participate in Clients meetings and internal and Clients calibration sessions
as required
- Ensure closed loop feedback process between Training and Quality teams
- Drive constant improvement and have ownership to use continuous improvement
methodologies (DMAIC)
- Adhere to company Quality standards
- Follow Clients protocols and procedures


- Fluency in English, written and spoken;
- Spoken and written fluency in one of the following will be a plus: German; Italian; Spanish
and/or French spoken and written;
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends & forecast potential problems or opportunities;
- Excellent training and coaching skills, being able to give guidance;
- Problem solving (Identifies anomalies and manage improvements);
- Is highly professional in their communication, articulate and is able to liaise with the external
customer, providing a 1st class service with an aim to exceeding expectations;
- Understanding of company Business Operations and Services provided together with
policies, practices and procedures;
- Knowledge about continuous improvement methodologies;
- Good Customer Service to identify needs and requirements of business units;
- Great Leadership skills and is able to manage by example ensuring that the Team meets
and exceed all objectives and expectations.
