Currently we are now recruiting for one of our most important clients in the field of Headphones' Professional Audio, for the position of Technical Support Advisor (Inbound). They put together its headphone brand with vogue, sports, rock and other popular words. Headphones assemble leading, sophisticated, durable earphones producing engineering feature exceptional sound effects.
High School degree
Customer Care Experience
Contact Centre Helpdesk Experience
Email and chat support experience (Preferable)
French Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
Good understanding of English
Excellent Communicational skills
Proficient in dealing with Headphones´ Professional Audio
Conflict solving qualities
