They put together its headphone brand with vogue, sports, rock and other popular words. Headphones assemble leading, sophisticated, durable earphones producing engineering feature exceptional sound effects. In this way, we are looking for a professional who enthusiastically respond to inbound calls from members seeking assistance with their devices.

Experience Target
Customer Care Experience
Troubleshooting experience
Email and chat support experience (Preferable)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
French Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
High lever for understanding English (training will be provide in English)
Ability to actively listen and determine customer needs
Excellent Communicational skills - typing skills for a chat or email environment
Capability to follow written guidelines for RMA processes and input customer data
Team building and leadership skills
Proficient in dealing with Headphones Professional Audio
