Currently, we are now recruiting for one of our most important clients, and one of the biggest and most important Companies in the world in the Computer Technology area, for the position of: Helpdesk - Technical Support: Spanish.
Helpdesk Technical Support Experience (minimum 6 months)
Experience in Troubleshooting
Experience in dealing with difficult customers
Experience in solving problems
Experience with all MICROSOFT products
Experience in Contact Center
Spanish Native Speaker (Eliminatory)
Strong Knowledge of English
Technical knowledge of all MICROSOFT products, such as Operative systems, games, etc.
Excelent Comunicational skills
Conflict solving qualities
Base Sallary + Lunch Fee + Bonus
Bonus will only start to be paid after 3 months at work
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (one hour lunch break)
