Job Title: SAP QM Business Analyst

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-The ideal candidate will possess 7 - 10 years of industry(food or pharmaceuticals) experience and 7 - 10 years of SAP QM functional configuration experience.
Our client in Chicago is seeking a senior level Business Architect (BA) with heavy SAP QM and food (will consider pharma) industry experience. The selected BA will represent the I. T. Department to internal business owners, working side by side with them, creating strategic business solutions for their fast-growing enterprise. Candidates only possesing SAP QM (and not business industry) experience will not be effective in this position. In addition, Batch Management experience is a requirement. Handling Unit Management and Recipe Management/Development experience is a plus. Our client has approximately 20 manufacturing sites and the selected candidates will travel a total of about 2 weeks each month (many trips are 2-day trips, out Tues and back Wed) Compensation includes a generous bonus structure, individual performance being a heavy driver, up to 200% of the targeted bonus. In addition, stock grants are an additional form of compensation, with the corporation in heavy acquisition mode, and growing very rapidly.
