As the Major Account Development Manager we are looking for a very successful senior National Account Manager from the Janitorial supplies sector including Distributors or Manufacturers - companies such as Bunzl, Diversey and Initial Washrooms- you will be someone who can bring real janitorial supplies and consumables expertise to the role.
As the Major Account Development Manager you will be working in a complex matrix structure and will need to show natural leadership and highly tuned negotiation skills, whilst being comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment. Some of the key elements of the role will include:
* Develop and lead the Janitorial FM Supplies proposition working closely with individual Account Managers to spot opportunities within existing accounts
* Provide direction and technical expertise to the existing Account Management team
* Maximise and lead the penetration of the janitorial supplies and consumables products category
* Identify and win new business opportunities within defined market sectors
