Our client is a market leading manufacturer of power tools and homecare products worldwide. They boast a portfolio of well known brands that have a reputation for design, innovation and durability and are the first choice for millions of homeowners and professionals across the globe.
ROLE
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the European marketing strategy for a professional facing brand, the role of Brand Manager will be key to the future success of this brand in the wider power tool portfolio. The position will involve building on the success of the brand re-launch in 2007, and developing the brand and its market share over the coming years. Considering the needs of all European, Middle East and African markets the successful applicant will develop and implement cutting edge marketing strategies to correctly & successfully position the brand within the brand mix, and in its competitive landscape. The position will involve daily interaction with a range of internal departments such as local sales, trade marketing, product management teams and legal. Strong external relationships with creative agencies,suppliers and distributors will also be fundamental to success. CANDIDATE You will be a brand-orientated marketing professional now looking to forge a career in a large multi-national corporation. This is a fantastic role for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in the EMEA region. You will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 5 yards brand/product marketing experience in the consumer durables space.
