R&D Release Manager- Embedded, STB, Middleware, DTV, SCRUM, Software
My client, world leader in digital content management is looking to hire on a permanent basis a Release Manager to join their team. The R&D Release Manager is required to provide a quality assurance and overall R&D project control role to ensure software release meets all the required quality criteria. This includes evaluation and definition of entry and exit criteria of defined milestones, metric collection, and co-ordination of deliverables into and from the R&D teams with other functional groups
Skills required:
Development experience
Experience of technical project management.
Agile development, SCRUM.
Formal project management methodology, such as PMI/PM BOK.
Self motivated and enthusiastic with excellent motivational skills.
Strong upward and cross-team influencing skills, ability to project co-ordinate a virtual team
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-disciplinary environment.
