English Inbound IT Technical Support (m/f)


Mission: The Customer Support Advisors will be an asset to growing exciting project, working for this big client that is a global leader in the IT field.


Your main tasks:

  • Troubleshoot issues related with technical equipment; 
  • Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level (when necessary);
  • Always maintain and improve customer satisfaction level.


Our Profile Requirements:

  • Fluent/High level of English (compulsory);
  • Previous experience in contact centre would be a plus; 
  • Customer service oriented, with outstanding communication skills;
  • Team-player;
  • Flexible and with stress resilience.
