We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Communication Manager to join the Sitel team.

Our expectations about you.
  • Creating/ implementing plans to increase market share aligned with the company marketing strategy
  • Overseeing market data analysis and trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials/ events - identify needs, analyze implementation, cost and legal support of each action
  • Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
  • Coordinating with and managing agency partners
  • Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders
What you need to have.
  • Good personal organization and presentation; first-class communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent service to members – always going the extra mile
  • Good prioritization to reach decisions quickly and effectively with an excellent eye for detail
  • Team management experience, strong analytical and excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and a technology lover person
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English language


Education and experience.

  • Degree or bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication, or related field 
  • Proven experience at least for the past 2 years
  • Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus


Specific Requirements (when necessary).

  • Availability to travel
  • Out-of-hours support
