Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an IT Service Management Officer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supports control of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs), ensuring they are in place with both external and internal teams;
  • Liaise with other IT service functions to make sure that services are maintained;
  • Supports global service delivery management within applicable contrated terms
  • Define service schedules, work internally to allocate resources with operational teams and monitor progress;
  • Align service objectives with service teams ensuring its clearness;
  • Supports process of issue identification and resolution;
  • Supports risk management and tracking process;
  • Monitor and manage scope;
  • Supports cost accounting providing data in order to ensure revenue assurance and/or service profitability management;
  • Supports service documentation;
  • Promote, control and ensure service reporting;
  • Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors.
