Our client, an established Casino Operator in Malta is searching for a Payment Team Leader will be responsible in mentoring the Risk Fraud and Payments agents.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in training and any administrative duties
Be a reliable and effective liaison with Customer Services to resolve any issues
Monitor the agents' quality and productivity in a structured manner and action accordingly any non- adherence to processes and lack in productivity
Identify any training needs or lack of processes
Ability and flexibility to handle the normal Risk, Fraud & Payments routine tasks.
Determine fraudulent activity and put processes in place to mitigate the activity
Proactively put processes in place to identify risky and fraudulent players from financially harming the business
Responsibility for reporting & analyzing any Chargeback or losses the business incurs
Suggest improvements to the existing tools to make work flow more efficient
Responsible to reach Fraud KPIs set by the business
Maintain and develop team processes & knowledge base
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Head of RPF
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines on a day-to-day basis
Ability to work under high pressure in a proactive way
Adaptable to change and understanding of change management to support the business
Can do attitude
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous people management responsibilities
Experience in iGaming is a must
