Runtime Revolution is a product development team. We develop web and mobile applications, started in 2006 and today we work for multiple locations around the world. We like working together and that's why the main operation is centralized in Lisbon. Working hand-in-hand with our clients no matter the distance, we put great care and great engineering in everything we do.

We focus on building successful products rather than building a complex hierarchy and fancy job titles. Our structure is pretty flat and we believe everyone is an important part of the company.

Runtime Revolution is a software product development company. Our awesome team uses agile processes and the best tools to build outstanding products for our clients all over the World, from MVPs and startups to established brands. All our development is done from our Lisbon office, and we believe our people are our greatest asset.

We're looking for someone to handle the administrative side of things. You'll be coordinating with others to make sure all things related to finances, team and our office are in good shape. A college degree in management or administration is a plus, but isn't required for the right candidate.

You should be able to:

- Be highly organised, and be able to keep track of many small issues and details without loosing track of the big picture
- Speak and write good English - that's the language of our clients (mandatory)
- Feel at home in an informal environment with little hierarchy
- Be autonomous, and be able to take full ownership of entire processes
- Work with established processes, but also have the desire and ability to improve those processes
- Have a working knowledge of administration, finance and human resources
- Be dynamic and have good interpersonal skills
- You already have 3 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory)

Your tasks will include:

- Office administration
- Team Staffing
- Participate on the HR processes
- Take care of some Financial tasks
- Bridge and coordinate day-to-day tasks with our clients
- Planning and organisation of business trips and company events
- Handling everyday phone calls and visitors
