Vertente Humana is currently recruiting for a renowned Multinational Company located in Lisbon. We seek ambitious candidates, with the desire to build a solid career in one of the best companies to work for in Portugal.

For applicants from all over Europe, we have prepared a transfer package which among other things includes a room in a corporate apartment, the refund of your flight to Lisbon, one free annual flight to your homeland and versatile administrative support directly after your arrival in Portugal.

 

Responsibilities:

  • We seek candidates that are able to ensure a service of exceptional quality and have the ability to provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service. Our agents will also be responsible for the follow up and management of clients accounts.

 

Profile:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1);
  • High school degree (mandatory);
  • Good computer and internet skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Quick and efficient management of time;
  • Client oriented;
  • Proactive personality, with initiative spirit;
  • Experience/knowledge in Contact Center will be an added value (preferred).

 

Offer:

  • Available to work in shifts and on weekends as well;
  • Available to work in Entrecampos or Parque das Nações - Convenient office location in the center of Lisbon;
  • Refund of your initial flight (9 months after contract signature);
