Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Technology Customer Care in English

for a renowned Multinacional Company located in Lisbon.

For applicants from all over Europe, we have prepared a transfer package which among other things includes a room in a corporate apartment, the refund of your flight to Lisbon, one free annual flight to your homeland and versatile administrative support directly after your arrival in Portugal.

 

Job Information:

- Work for a multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics and personal computers and services.

- Rotative Shifts, from Monday to Friday, between 5 am to 7 pm.

 

Responsabilities:

- Inbound and Outbound calls, the main purpose is to make customers renew their expired or about to expire licenses.

- Give customers support, solve situations always with a sales spirit.

 

Profile:

- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1);

- High school completed (mandatory);

- Good computer and internet skills;

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;

- Flexibility and resilience;

- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred).
