Think Attitude is a consulting firm specialized on the recruitment and management of IT Professionals, offering a wide range of opportunities in diferent technology areas.

 

We find, retain and motivate talents.

 

We are now recruiting an Windows Support Engineer (m/f) for one of our main clients, located in Lisbon.

 

What you will do:

  • Start at 9am. 9 hour day, 1 hour lunch.
  • Customer raising cases in ticketing, you are either resolving problems or liaising with other support teams. Trying to balance language skills inside the team. There are a lot of training sessions to be involved in to update their tech skills. Case triage meetings where cases are discussed. There are lot of projects you can be involved in with other teams; presentations and workshops.

 

If you have:

  • Advanced knowledge in configuring, administrating and troubleshooting of WindowsProducts including WindowsServer 2003/XP, Windows Server 2008/R2/Win7, Windows Server 2012/R2/2016Win8/Win8.1, Win10 Industry experience in configuring, administrating and troubleshooting Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Datacenter technologies (Administration of Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Failover Clustering

 

Soft Skills

  • It’s important to be customer oriented and have good communication skills. You need to be able to explain and be empathetic to the customer.
  • It’s important to have excellent time management, there might be several cases that need attention at the same time. You need to be able to prioritise.
  • It’s important to be able to network and be sociable, to go outside of your comfort zone and interact with other teams.
  • Need to be open to collaboration, approachable and friendly. The team is very close.

 

Language: English and French or English and German
