Are you a talented, dynamic and passionate Inside Sales Professional?

If so, this is a fantastic and rare opportunity for you!

We are looking for a hardworking and driven Inside Sales Specialist professional, that will be able to build a port-folio of new business in the B2B market. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create new business opportunities with potential customers;
  • Make several calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales;
  • Be responsible for recording and managing the sales opportunities within our CRM database in conjunction with our Sales Managers;
  • Researching for potential opportunities and following up on leads;
  • Liaise and maintain existing customer base;
  • Following up on quotations;
  • Managing the sales process;
  • Building your own client portfolio through a self-managed sales pipeline;
  • ‪Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working Business to Business (B2B) sales;
  • Able to identify and communicate with decision makers;
  • Ability to close business;
  • Prospecting Skills;
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management;
  • Proficient knowledge of French and English languages is mandatory;
  • Dynamic and engaging phone presence;
  • Experience working with CRM tools;
  • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills;
  • High energy, creativity and independence levels;
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills;
  • Educational degree in business or sales;
  • Personal characteristics of resourcefulness, self-starter, disciplined, adaptable and able to deal effectively with people in a variety of relationships and situations;
  • Organized, open minded and positive attitude towards the brand and selling;
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to communicate solutions and ideas at a high level;
  • ‪Very good Negotiation and analytical skills.
