For you, the customer’s concern is your main priority. You identify efficiently your interlocutors’ needs and guide them with your solutions, so that each customer recognizes your service as unique.

You will be in charge of solving the second level technical issues that our customers are facing with our Salt Fiber Box.

Your responsibilities:

  • Control of processes related to link orders in Fiber Optic: order management, error detection and implementation of solutions with our internal and external partners
  • Technical knowledge in the following areas: network and Internet connectivity, Windows-MacOS-iOS-Android configuration. Good LAN, WLAN (WiFi), VOIP knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Apple TV product is a plus
  • Configuration and customer support by phone and email

 

Your contributions:

  • Experience in the Fiber optic area in Switzerland or abroad, particularly in problems resolution of setup and software
  • Very good knowledge of French or German- English or Italian is a plus
  • Interest in telecommunication products and very good IT skills
  • Troubleshooting and configuration: rotor, WiFi network, TV box, Fiber Optic setup, etc
  • Personal strengths: reliability, autonomy, punctuality and logical common sense in guiding a remote customer
