Berlin, Germany

Our client is looking for a Danish speaking Customer Care Agent to join their growing Team based in Berlin – Germany.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users.

Backoffice (non-voice) support • ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures.
Profile:
Excellent Danish language skills on native speaker level.
Additionally good English language skills.
High attention to detail.
Flexibility and team spirit.
Problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership of queries.
Experience of using the internet and social networks.
