As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible to meet these objectives through quality metrics analysis, and supporting Operations/ Client decisions.


New project at Sitel Portugal – scheduled for June/ 2020 - and this represents a pool of opportunities to learn and grow in a multinational company.

They are offering support for exclusive services, such as Sales & After Sales, digitalization and e-Performance services via multiple contact channels. 


The job,
  • Deliver appropriate feedback on the quality of the service to ensure adherence to procedures
  • Attend and participate in meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring
  • Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports
  • Give feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring
  • Participate in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency
What you need to have,
  • Strong German verbal and written communication skills (Native/ C2)
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum)
  • Good organization/ time management skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, and to give constructive feedback to the agents which leads to performance improvement
  • Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
  • A strong Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Secure handling of IT systems
  • High passion for automotive topics and digital technologies
  • Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures


Education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
  • Previous relevant experience as Quality Analyst


Specific Requirements (when necessary)

  • Availability to travel
  • Out-of-hours support
