Work Remotely: Yes

Schedule: 5pm to 2am

What You Will Do

The Medical Information Specialist is expected to demonstrate expertise in assigned pharmaceutical products and devices and to utilize this expertise to respond to inquiries from Health Care Professionals via appropriate exchange of scientifically accurate, focused, and balanced scientific knowledge. Consumer inquiry support may also be required with some clients. The individual may also be expected to participate in the maintenance, creation and review of scientific materials.

Main Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential duties satisfactorily:

· Respond to HCP inquiries (via calls/web/emails/letters) and conduct appropriate scientific information exchanges with the HCPs;

· Demonstrate proficiency in the use of inquiry fulfillment systems as applicable;

· Record each contact accurately in an inquiry fulfillment system, consistent with company operational procedures;

· Comply with all guidelines, policies, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements;

· Meet or exceed service levels and targets for internal and external customers;

· Participate in scientific training as appropriate to support assigned brands;

· Participate in training of new hires or staff changing support areas;

· Perform other duties as requested.

Candidate Profile

· Advanced health professional degree (PharmD only) or relevant, equivalent clinical experience;

· One to three years of related experience preferred;

· Fluent level of spoken and written English;

· Good communication skills and client oriented;

· Above average attention to detail, teamwork and initiative;

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and quickly able to learn new software;

· Ability to apply regulatory and compliance guidelines to content development;

· Proactive, Liable and Team Worker.
