Responsibilities: 

Analyzing, investigating and validating the content and integrity of reviews images and video submitted by members / users of the application in accordance with current procedures, rules and instructions for the project

Deciding on publishing on the application, rejecting or escalating them to the special team designated for this activity in accordance with the set of agreed working rules and procedures

Identifying and escalating potential errors of the applications used to process reviews, as well as complex reviews that cannot be solved by applying the project’s specific procedures and instructions, to the direct supervisor and/or the client designated team

Requirements:

Advanced or native French language written and spoken

English at medium level, written and spoken

Attention to details, accuracy and result orientation

Resistant to stress and routine activities

Prior experience in similar positions

Motivation to grow in a fast pace environment

Ability to adapt and open to various changes of procedures, applications and technical tools

Flexibility to work on shift-based schedule on a 24/7 basis
