As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible to meet these objectives through quality metrics analysis, and supporting Operations/ Client decisions.

This also applies to Porsche’s Customer Interaction Centers - the front office for Porsche customers and prospects as well as Porsche dealers worldwide. They are offering support for exclusive services, such as Sales & After Sales, digitalization, and e-Performance services via multiple contact channels. 

The job.
* Deliver appropriate feedback on the quality of the service to ensure adherence to procedures
* Attend and participate in meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring
* Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports
* Give feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring
* Participate in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency

What you need to have.
* Strong German verbal and written communication skills (Native)
* Advanced level of English (C1 minimum)
* Good organization/ time management skills
* Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, and to give constructive feedback to the agents which leads to performance improvement
* Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
* A strong Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Secure handling of IT systems
* High passion for automotive topics and digital technologies
* Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

Education and experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
* Previous relevant experience as Quality Analyst

Specific Requirements (when necessary)
* Availability to travel
* Out-of-hours support
