Our customer is an innovative supplier of technology and services to the offshore wind industry.
You are currently hiring a skilled and driven professional capable of delivering high-quality work in a flexible and independent manner, supporting teams throughout the organization and helping our clients and partners succeed in conducting successful floating wind projects around the world.

Location: Aix en Provence, France

General Description:

Reporting directly to the Hr Global Lead, this position’s main responsibilities consists in developing HR integrated solutions that affects the whole organization, communicating needs proactively between the HR department and business management; delivers value-added service and is an employee champion and change agent. Performs, advises and anticipates HR human resource-related issues and needs.
Mainly, supports the Hr Global Lead in the development and deployment of several projects in the various geographies where the company is present.

Main Accountabilities:

• Act as the first, and preferential, point of contact for the employees and managers in France office (Marseille);
• Support the development and lead the deployment of several iniciatives, namely People Management Processes, such as, Performance Appraisal Process in accordance with the overall strategy, and, specifically in France Office (Marseille);
• Support the continuous development of competency framework, ensuring its organisational fit and alignment with the business, guaranteeing effective linkage with all HR related processes such as job profiling, development options and capability developments programmes;
• Support Recruitment and career development of the staff, in the several geographies, liasing with Managers and possible external partners;
• Support the contract management and expatriated workers situations, liasing with the external partners responsible for area such as, payroll, compensation & benefits, etc;
• Secure deployment of all HSE initiatives and act as Focal point for this area in France;
• Provide HR support, in accordance with HR strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• University degree in Human Resources or similar;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role;
• Solid knowledge of Employee Relations, PT, French and US Employment Law;
• Giving the necessary solid knowledge of French context, it´s preferable that the candidate can be french native or to have lived for some years in the country;
• Portuguese, French and English proficiency is mandatory, both written and spoken;
• Competent with the full range of MS Office suite;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong sense of confidentiality and ethic;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Oriented to solutions and with high practical sense;
• Team player and ability to work well with international interfaces.
