Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is looking for a EPM Applications Administrator (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Applications Administrator to fill a vacant position in the Group Financial Systems & Processes team, a division of the Group Controlling department. The GFSP team main mission is to:
• Define Group EPM Roadmap including BI Strategy and ensure its alignment with Group Strategy.
• Manage Group EPM financial systems (mainly HFM, TAGETIK, ESSBASE and Sonar (Oracle/OBIEE)), in-cluding the demand, the build and the support.
• Guarantee the safety and reliability of Group financial data, providing seamless access to reports, pre-paring Group reporting instructions and planning, updating Group dashboards.

The EPM Applications Administrator will be a member of the GFSP team (10 people), reporting to the EPM AP-PLICATIONS MANAGER and focusing on the administration of ESSBASE / HFM (performance management & consolidation tools) and TAGETIK (forecasting and Budgeting tool).

As part of the GFSP team, your mission will be to administrate HFM, ESSBASE and TAGETIK systems including:
• Management of organizational changes, corrections, evolutions, new developments
• Security and access rights management
• Provide support L1 to users’ community
• Update internal documentations

In relation to those missions, you will interact with other finance teams both in Group Finance (Consolidation, FP&A, Holdings) and in Regions.

What you'll need to Succeed:
• Degree in IT or Finance and at least 3 years’ experience in Financial systems
• Good technical knowledge in Financial systems, a first experience of HFM and Essbase is a must, TAGETIK would be a plus
• Service and solution oriented
• Autonomous, multi-tasking and ability to work against tight deadlines
• Reliability, accuracy and pro-activity
• Good level of communication
• Strong team spirit
• Willingness to improve technical skills within an international environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (XL, Word, PowerPoint…),
• English business fluent
