Profile

As a Quality Analyst, you will be the responsible for activity levels of the project and performance data on real time. The right person for this role should be enthusiastic and responsible for creating reports of data analysis and assist in optimizing the operating model. If you are someone that enjoy delivering world-class customer service, then this is your opportunity.

 

Your future project

As a Quality Analyst, you will:

  • Evaluates daily key performance indicators (KPI) and develops improvement needs
  • Responsible and accountable for comprehensive regular QoS / CSAT analysis
  • Inspire, manage and motivate your team to innovate and make a difference
  • Enhance the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions to the direct reports and weekly one on ones that focus on improving customer satisfaction
  • Ensures Quality and Training staff constantly meet the required level of expertise

 

We are looking for

  • Native or fluent English and proficient French, Italian or Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or in team management is a plus
  • Ability to Work from Home temporarily
  • Currently living in Portugal.
