You will work Lisbon, Portugal Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview) About the project: Work for customers of Reddit, a social media platform and online community where users can post content, share links, and engage in discussions across various topics. What you will be doing: Identifying and researching potential clients and markets to generate new sales opportunities. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through various methods, such as cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries. Reaching out to potential customers through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Reddit's advertising solutions. Highlighting the benefits and value of advertising on Reddit to potential clients. Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Using data and insights to refine sales tactics and improve effectiveness. Requirements: Fluency in English (must be at least C1-C2 level ) At least 1 year of work experience in outbound sales or B2B sales Do you live in Lisbon or are you ready to relocate Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain: Signing bonus of €2k (€1k when you sign the contract with the company + €1k after 6 months in the company)* Full-time contract Salary: 1237 euros gross / month Performance bonus of up to: 300 euros gross / month Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-18:00 Health insurance provided by the employer *Bonuses apply to candidates who are able to start on 7 September.
