Descrição We are recruiting an Accounting Supervisor for a large, International Logistic Company of which the heart of finance is located in Belgium, Antwerp. We are in Belgium responsible for Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Luxembourg & Italy. As an Accounting Supervisor you will be responsible for a team of GL Accountants and report directly to the Accounting Manager. Responsabilidades • You will prioritize & divide the operational tasks among your team of employees so that they are carried out correctly and efficiently; • Together with controlling & local teams you will follow up on costs, accruals & provisions; • Coordinate the Balance Sheet analysis & monthly reconciliation; • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly and year end internal and group reporting; • You will welcome new employees and encourage rapid integration and close cooperation within the team. Requisitos • Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting; • Experience as team lead or supervisor within Accounting; • Strong stakeholders management skills; • Analytical profile & strong knowledge of English; • Knowledge regarding balance sheets, IFRS & reconciliations. SAP is a plus; • Willingness to work as a teamplayer & in an nternational environment.
