Role: Invoice registration, insertion and validation Checking supplier balances Petty cash management Archive management Office management associated with the headquarters in Torres Vedras Identifying/purchasing office supplies Management of computer equipment allocated to office staff Hard Skills: 12th grade or professional course in administrative management or equivalent Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of English Professional experience in similar roles About you: Excellent in organization and planning Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit Attention to detail We offer: Meal allowance "On the job” training Dynamic environment Events & Team buildings 4 day workweek (9h per day - 36h) Workset (PC, headphones, mouse, screen) We know your name and address each other informally
