What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a Danish-Speaking Advisor for World's Best Search Engine, you will: * Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information * Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned) * Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented * Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets We'll be a great match if you: * Have a high level of Danish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) * Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users * Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues * Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends * Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
