Descrição da Função

Responsible for: • Should be willing to work from office or from home, immediately post onboarding • Review text submitted in English and complete the language translation to meet the quality parameters share by the client. • Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy • Escalating questions/issues regarding the process to the quality analyst or team lead. • Your primary interaction is within your own team: Quality and your direct supervisor • The decisions that you make impact not only on your own work but also has a direct impact on the client customer and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team • This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs if applicable.
