If yes you are, for sure, the person we are looking for!~ Responsabilidades: - Assegurar os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa em todas as propriedades geridas; - Facilitar a comunicação com diferentes fornecedores, tais como empresas de decoração e construção, para garantir o melhor resultado possível para cada apartamento; - Assegurar soluções reativas aos hóspedes com dificuldades; - Verificar e afirmar o bom estado das unidades geridas pela empresa; - Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios periódicos de melhoria dos imóveis geridos pela empresa; - Reportar diretamente e ajudar nas tarefas diárias do Property Care Manager.
