Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ; - Develop and configure SailPoint connectors for various applications, ensuring proper integration with the organization's identity and access management (IAM) ecosystem; - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including user provisioning, role management, and access certification processes; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements; - Perform regular maintenance and updates on the SailPoint platform to ensure optimal performance and security compliance; - Conduct identity lifecycle management, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews; - Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for SailPoint-related issues, working closely with IT and security teams; - Participate in technical meetings with stakeholders to discuss IAM strategies, improvements, and new initiatives; - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IAM policies and procedures, suggesting enhancements as needed; - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks related to IAM projects. Requirements: - Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a corporate environment); - Knowledge of IAM concepts, including provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification; - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell for customization and automation within SailPoint; - Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and their integration with SailPoint; - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite; - Knowledge in Linux is a plus; - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and troubleshoot complex issues; - Fluent in English (mandatory).
