Android Support Analyst L1 Lisbon (hybrid model) Join a global leader in sustainable mobility technology We are hiring an Android Support Analyst L1 to be part of a pioneering project in the automotive industry, working on cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of connected mobility. Main responsibilities - Work closely with QA and Android engineers to analyze and resolve application issues; - Investigate incidents using predefined tools and documentation; - Document findings clearly to support efficient resolution and knowledge sharing; - Conduct extensive testing on physical automotive hardware and Android emulators; - Determine root causes of issues (application vs. system-related); - Use ADB commands and debugging tools effectively; - Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ticketing system; - Comply with the companys ethical and management standards in all daily activities. Your profile - Minimum 3 years of experience in Android support and/or QA roles; - Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; - Fluency in English (written and spoken); - Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments; - Proficient with Android emulators and ADB commands. Nice to have - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; - Experience with Android Automotive OS.
