- You will sign a contract with a Portuguese employer - Work from the office in Braga, Portugal signing bonus 1000 euros - Various starting dates available, including: 26.06, 03.07, 10.07, 17.07 and more! - Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview) - No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things! We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist: - Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone. - Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes. - Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks. Requirements: - Fluency in French language (must be at least C2) - Communicative level of English ( at least B2) - You live in Braga or you are ready to relocate - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain: - full time contract with Portuguese employer - 830€ gross x 14 months or 968€ gross x 12 months - Performance Bonus - 170€ / month - Meal Allowance (net) 7.23€ per day - Complexity bonus - 50€ / month - Transportation bonus - 20€ / month - signing bonus 1000 euros! - Health InsuranceSince day 1 (free after 6 months) - Private Health Insurance Apply today by submitting your CV, including your full name, contact information, and email address.
