Noesis is seeking a Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect role for a professional who excels at solving problems and is eager to take on new challenges. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to keep up with new technologies and support transformation programs. This position requires dedication, persistence, effective follow-up, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service with exceptional communication skills. Requirements: * Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting a wide range of information systems and applications; * Experience with support/corrective maintenance; * Daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem creation; * Technical experience in supporting Java APIs (desired); * Technical experience in support of Angular, Java, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (desired); * Day-to-day service management of the area, including the development of frequent executive reports on the team's challenges and achievements; * Experience in the banking payments area.
