Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Monitor application incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of production issues; * Provide technical support to internal users and teams to ensure application availability and stability; * Perform log analysis, SQL queries, and basic troubleshooting in Linux and API environments; * Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application performance and system reliability. Requirements: * Degree in Information Systems or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, CRM systems, or similar environments; * Familiarity with technical environments such as Linux, SQL databases, and general operating systems; * Knowledge of PHP, cloud fundamentals (Azure/AWS), APIs, microservices, or mobile technologies is a plus; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills; * Fluency in English.
